We begin by welcoming to the program Shawna Gore, a freelance editor, creative consultant, and an officer on the Board of Directors for Stumptown Comics — an educational non-profit and comics festival based in Portland. Shawna has also worked for Dark Horse Comics as a publicist and an editor. She even won an Eisner Award for her efforts on the 25th anniversary edition of Bernie Wrightson’s illustrated version of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein.
